Before moving into mortgage and finance broking, I built my career in surveying and construction and have been involved in running small businesses since 2017. That experience has given me a practical understanding of property, business, cash flow and some of the challenges that come with being self-employed.

After moving to Woolgoolga when I met my wife, we built our life here and, over the past 17 years, have built three homes of our own. Going through land purchases, construction and home loans ourselves has given me firsthand experience of the decisions and challenges that come with property finance.

Those experiences, together with a long-standing interest in property and finance, are a big part of what drew me to mortgage broking. I enjoy helping people understand their options, look for opportunities to save money where possible, and put a lending structure in place that suits what they’re trying to achieve.

I completed my Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and established Absolute Mortgage & Finance to provide the kind of personal service I value myself — straightforward advice, clear communication and one point of contact throughout the process.

Family keeps me pretty busy. My wife and I have three boys, so there’s usually plenty of kids’ sport filling our afternoons and weekends.

When I get some spare time, you’ll usually find me out in the surf, on the golf course, or playing soccer. I also enjoy getting out for a headland walk with my wife and making the most of the Coffs Coast lifestyle.

Having been born and raised on the Coffs Coast and lived here all my life, I’m passionate about the future of Coffs Harbour, Woolgoolga and the surrounding areas. I love being part of the local community and helping people achieve their financial goals — whether that’s buying their first home, refinancing, investing or growing a business.
